Zoning Ordinance & Map

The Mt. Holly Springs, PA Zoning Ordinances, adopted October 11, 2017, provide written regulations and laws that define how property in specific geographic zones (as illustrated by the Zoning Map) can be used. Zoning ordinances specify whether zones can be used for residential or commercial purposes, and may also regulate lot size, placement, density, and the height of structures.

This appendix offers a “starter” list of native plants for our area, intended for residential or commercial landscapers who want to create attractive and varied native landscapes.

This appendix offers a list of plants which grow quickly and aggressively, spreading and displacing other plants. Invasive plants are usually introduced accidentally or on purpose, into a region far from their native habitat. They are a conservation concern and should be avoided.
